Refund policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

• These deposits are often non-refundable, as they cover the cost of ingredients and preparation.

2. Custom Cake Orders:

Custom or personalized cakes are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear mistake by the store (e.g., wrong design, flavor, or spelling).

3. Cancellations:

 Cancelling your order with less than 2 weeks notice, no bond will be returned.

.  Cancellations within 3 weeks will receive a credit note within the business.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If the cake is damaged upon delivery or pick-up, or if it doesn’t match the agreed-upon design, stores may offer a partial refund, replacement, or credit.

5. Customer Responsibility:

Once a cake leaves the store, the customer is typically responsible for its care (e.g., transport, storage). Refunds are usually not offered for damages caused after the cake leaves the store.

6. Allergy Information:

• Refunds are not issued for allergy-related issues if the customer didn’t inform us about the allergy in advance.

7. No-Show Policy:

If a customer fails to pick up their cake on the scheduled date, we don’t issue refunds.
